About the Institute for Mediation, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

The institute is an initiative of the law office of Maya Rotenberg and Ben Betesh. It is for people preparing for mediation, considering arbitration or trying to understand a quote they have received.

What you can do here

Make an agenda for a first meeting, work out what each party might pay under a written quote, or practice a conversation about leaving a business. Both language editions focus on disputes in Israel.

The fee guide gives examples of published prices for specific services. The unit next to each figure tells you whether it covers an hour or a hearing and whether it applies to one party or both. You can contact the office about a quote for your circumstances.
